At Framio, we want to ensure that every artwork — whether digital, print-only, or framed — reaches you in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
Because our physical products are made to order, the production process takes a few days before dispatch. To maintain quality and accuracy, shipping is not charged during checkout. Instead, we confirm delivery details and costs once your order is ready for dispatch.
2. How Our Shipping Process Works
- Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed on https://framio.co.ke, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. - Production Phase
- Digital Art: Delivered instantly via download link or email — no shipping required.
- Prints & Framed Art: Prepared and packaged within 3–7 business days, depending on size and customization.
- Shipping Coordination
When your artwork is ready, our team will contact you through email or phone to:- Confirm your delivery address
- Share available delivery options and costs
- Arrange a convenient delivery or pickup time
- Payment for Shipping
After confirming your delivery location, we will send you the final shipping fee and payment instructions. Shipping costs vary based on location, size, and delivery method. - Dispatch & Tracking
Once the shipping payment is received, your order will be dispatched. You’ll receive tracking information or delivery confirmation details as soon as your item is on the way.
3. Delivery Coverage
- Within Kenya: Framio currently delivers physical prints and framed artworks across Kenya through trusted courier partners.
- Outside Kenya: While we primarily ship locally, international delivery arrangements can be made on request. However, we recommend purchasing digital art for international customers — this allows you to download, print, and frame your artwork locally, saving both time and cost.

For digital products, once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive:
- A secure download link via email or directly on your account page.
- No physical shipment is required.
Make sure to download and back up your files promptly, as download links may expire after a period.
